In Utah, Fire Weather Zone 486 Eastern Uinta Basin and Fire Weather Zone 487 Book Cliffs. * TIMING...For the Red Flag Warning, from 1 PM this afternoon to 8 PM MDT this evening. For the Fire Weather Watch, from Monday afternoon through Monday evening. * WINDS...Southwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...5 to 10 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly.
