Northeastern Tom Green County in west central Texas... * Until 730 AM CDT. * At 422 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area, including San Angelo. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen in San Angelo. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area, as a second line of thunderstorms moves east across the city between 5 and 6 AM. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
