Eastern Panola County in northeastern Texas... * Until 815 PM CDT. * At 602 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing. While the rainfall is beginning to taper off...flash flooding issues are still expected for the next couple of hours. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.
