Description:
At 858 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated most of the thunderstorms
have moved out of the warned area. Up to 2 inches of rain has
fallen, but the heavy rain has ended.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways and streets as well as other poor drainage and
low-lying areas.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
