* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of North Mississippi, including the following
county, DeSoto and West Tennessee, including the following county,
Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 815 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 717 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen in the past 30 minutes.

Bartlett, Southaven, Collierville, Germantown, Olive Branch,
Horn Lake, Cordova, Memphis, Lakeland, Arlington, Southeast
Memphis, Midtown Memphis, Ellendale, Whitehaven, Southwest
Memphis, Eads, Lynchburg, Parkway Village, White Station and
Capleville.
