Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast South Carolina, including the
following county, Darlington.
* WHEN...Until 1015 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 920 PM EDT, Trained weather spotters reported standing
water on the roadway in West Hartsville. Although heavy rain
is diminishing in the advisory area, lingering water on the
roadways will produce some minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Hartsville, Auburn, North Hartsville, Swift Creek, Floyd,
Dovesville, Kellytown, Lydia, Oats, Society Hill and Carolina
Pines Regional Medical Center.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
