* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by widespread rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southern Nevada, including the following county, Clark. * WHEN...Until 700 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 359 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated widespread moderate rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 0.25 inches of rain have fallen and pockets of up to 0.50 are possible in the coming hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
