* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southern Nevada, including the following county, Clark. * WHEN...Until 700 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 510 PM PDT, Light to moderate rain has begun to taper off across the Las Vegas metro area...but lingering runoff will persist into the early evening and minor flooding remains possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
