* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of east central New York, including the following counties, Greene, Schoharie and Ulster. * WHEN...Until 1115 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. This area has already experienced heavy rain over the past few days and is therefore more vulnerable to renewed flooding as additional moderate to heavy rain falls this evening. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 814 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hunter, Jefferson, Windham, Gilboa, Summit, Prattsville, Phoenicia, Lanesville, Woodland Valley Campground, Mount Tremper, North Blenheim, West Shokan, Preston-Potter Hollow, Shandaken, Ashland, Jewett, Lexington, Conesville, Denning and West Kill. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
