Advisory for the following rivers in Oklahoma...
Canadian River near Bridgeport affecting Grady, Blaine, Canadian
and Caddo Counties.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Canadian River near Bridgeport.
* WHEN...From this evening to Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Some brief flooding may occur over
croplands and pastures near the river in southern Blaine...
northern Caddo... and southwestern Canadian counties. Low-lying
bottomlands near the river may be cut off from easy access by high
water in side channels.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:00 PM CDT Tuesday, the stage was estimated at 11.6 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 12.7 feet tomorrow morning.
- Action stage is 12.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
