* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of south central Kentucky, including the following counties, Allen and Simpson. * WHEN...Until 930 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Some low-water crossings have become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 730 PM CDT, emergency management reported several low water crossings have flooded in Simpson County. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Rain has come to an end, but it will take additional time for ongoing flooding to low water crossings to subside. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Scottsville, Franklin, Clare, Mount Aerial, Mcelroy Ford, Pope, Alonzo, Trammel, New Roe and Red Hill. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
