Description: 
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of south central Nebraska, including the following counties, Buffalo and Dawson. * WHEN...Until noon CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 145 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated light to moderate rainfall ongoing in the Advisory area, but the heaviest rain has ended. Much of the advisory area has received 1 to 3 inches of rain, with localized areas receiving a little over 3 inches of rain. The previous rain combined with another half inch of rain possible through early Tuesday morning will cause continued flooding of small streams and poor drainage areas for the next several hours. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Buffalo Creek, Plum Creek, Gallagher Canyon State Recreation Area, Buffalo Creek, Turkey Creek, Elm Creek, Spring Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lexington, Cozad, Gothenburg, Sumner, Miller, Eddyville, Willow Island and Farnam. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
