Description:
* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central and north central Wisconsin, including
the following counties, in central Wisconsin, western Marathon. In
north central Wisconsin, southeastern Lincoln.
* WHEN...Until 530 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 230 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Marshfield, Merrill, Spencer, Council Grounds State Park,
Birch Trails Girl Scout Camp, Dutch Corners, Stratford,
Marathon City, Edgar, Athens, Rib Falls, Hamburg, Unity,
Fenwood, Little Chicago, Poniatowski, Otis, March Rapids,
Cherokee and Bloomville.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
