* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of east central Missouri, including the following counties, southeastern Franklin, northwestern Jefferson and southwestern Saint Louis. * WHEN...Until 515 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 322 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wildwood, Ballwin, Eureka, Ellisville, Pacific, Valley Park, Byrnes Mill, Cedar Hill, Gray Summit, High Ridge, Dittmer, Lonedell, Catawissa, Robertsville, Oermann, Grubville, Piney Park and Peerless Park.
