* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of east central Missouri, including the following county and independent city, central Saint Louis and central Saint Louis City. * WHEN...Until 530 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 353 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... St. Louis, University City, Ballwin, Kirkwood, Webster Groves, Ferguson, Manchester, Creve Coeur, Overland, Clayton, Jennings, Crestwood, Bellefontaine Neighbors, Town and Country, Berkeley, Richmond Heights, Ladue, Sunset Hills, Des Peres and Brentwood.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
