* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, in east central Oklahoma, Muskogee and Sequoyah. In northeast Oklahoma, Okmulgee. In southeast Oklahoma, Haskell, Le Flore, McIntosh and Pittsburg. * WHEN...Until 1045 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 642 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Estimates up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area.
