Advisory for the following rivers in Oklahoma...
North Canadian River near Watonga affecting Canadian and Blaine
Counties.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...North Canadian River near Watonga.
* WHEN...From early this morning to tomorrow morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Near bankfull conditions exist along the
river may occur. The river reach affected extends from near
Watonga in Blaine County... downstream to near Calumet in western
Canadian County.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 10.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 13.3 feet this evening. It
will then fall to 9.6 feet Sunday morning. It will rise to
9.7 feet Sunday evening. It will then fall again and remain
below flood stage.
- Action stage is 13.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
