Boeuf River Near Fort Necessity affecting Franklin Parish.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Boeuf River near Fort Necessity.
* WHEN...Until Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 50 feet, widespread flooding of farm and agricultural
land is occurring along and near the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 50.3 feet and rising.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 51
feet tomorrow morning.
- Flood stage is 50 feet.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
