* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 31.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 30.0 feet Friday
evening.
- Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
