Warning for the following rivers in New Mexico...
Vermejo River Above Dawson affecting Colfax County.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Vermejo River above Dawson.
* WHEN...From late tonight to late Tuesday night.
* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Right bank overflow above 8 ft
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 AM MDT Monday the stage was 3.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tonight to a crest of 10.5 feet early tomorrow
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow
afternoon.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
11.1 feet on 05/31/1948.

Instruction:
