* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding near the river will
occur.

- At 2:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 3.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this evening and continue rising to 4.5 feet Saturday
evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
