Ranchers that may have cattle and equipment in the creek bottoms should move them to higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.0 feet tomorrow morning.
