* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of panhandle West Virginia, including the following county, Berkeley. * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 152 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated flooding continues along Back Creek. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. The stream is now falling, but flooding continues in this area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hedgesville... Jones Springs... Tomahawk... Shanghai... Johnsontown... Gerrardstown... Glengary... - This includes the following Flood Prone Roads...
