Water overflows lock wall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 25.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 24.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late Sunday morning to a crest of 26.6 feet early Monday morning.
