* WHEN...From late tonight to late Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, minor lowland flooding occurs. Webster
Road north of the gage site may not be passable.

- At 1:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 15.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tonight to a crest of 18.3 feet early tomorrow
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday
