At 20.0 feet, Water enters yards of homes downstream of water plant. Parts of the Garrard Park flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:15 PM EDT Friday the stage was 16.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 19.2 feet late tomorrow morning.
