* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Gallia, Meigs and Washington and West Virginia, including the following counties, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Tyler, Wirt and Wood. * WHEN...Until 945 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 745 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated flooding on larger creeks including Little Tygart Creek. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Parkersburg, Marietta, Belpre, Point Pleasant, Ripley, Harrisville, St. Marys, Pomeroy, Elizabeth, Middlebourne, Racine, Coolville, Rutland, Forked Run State Park, Vienna, Ravenswood, Williamstown, New Haven, Mason and Belmont. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
