* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following
county, Washington and northern West Virginia, including the
following counties, Doddridge, Harrison, Ritchie and Tyler.
* WHEN...Until 515 AM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1023 PM EDT, Automated gauges indicated water issues on
smaller rivers and larger creeks and streams from previous
rainfall, including Duck Creek, Middle Island Creek, and the
Little Muskingum River.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Marietta, Middlebourne, Williamstown, Paden City, Shinnston,
Salem, Sistersville, Pennsboro, Lumberport, West Union,
Enterprise, Matamoras, Lowell, Macksburg, Pullman, Friendly,
Lower Salem, Mountain, Alma and New Matamoras.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
