* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northern West Virginia, including the following counties, Marion, northwestern Monongalia and eastern Wetzel. * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 438 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported numerous roads continue to be flooded across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
