* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of South Central Kansas, including the following counties, Harvey and Sedgwick. * WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 857 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wichita, Newton, Park City, Valley Center, Maize, North Newton, Sedgwick, Colwich, Whitewater, Kechi, Bentley and Newton Airport.
Instruction: 
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown.
