* IMPACTS...At 40.0 feet, Moderate flooding will occur along the
right bank to agricultural fields and the cattle industry.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 31.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 33.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 33.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 39.9
feet early Friday morning.
