* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Kansas, including the following
county, Stanton.
* WHEN...Until 300 PM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated
with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 649 AM CDT, Emergency management reported flooded out
roads across the county. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain was
reported.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Johnson City, Manter and Big Bow.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
