* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Illinois River near Watts.
* WHEN...From late tonight to Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, minor flooding occurs from the Arkansas
border to near Fidler's Bend. Extreme turbulence makes the river
unsafe for floating.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 8.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0
feet after midnight tonight and then fall below flood stage
early Sunday morning.
