Agricultural lands... oil wells... and water wells located near the river banks are inundated or cut off... several hours before and after the crest passes Ripley. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 17.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Forecast...The Cimarron River is expected to rise to a crest of 19.7 feet tomorrow evening.
