Neosho River at Oswego affecting Cherokee and Labette Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Neosho River at Oswego. * WHEN...Until tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Xavier Road leading north from the river gage begins to see water near the road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 20.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning and continue falling to 13.5 feet Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
