Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of northern West Virginia, including the
following counties, southeastern Marion and central Monongalia.
* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to
excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 832 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported numerous roads
and buildings flooded across the warned area. Between 2.5 and
3.7 inches of rain have fallen today.
- Little or no additional rainfall is expected this evening,
though runoff from earlier heavy rain will continue to cause
flooding across the area.

Fairmont, Pleasant Valley, Winfield, Barrackville, Monongah,
Rivesville, Grant Town, Farmington, Worthington, Bentons
Ferry, Colfax, Baxter, White Hall, Idamay, Valley Falls,
Everettville and Carolina.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
