Trinity River Near Long Lake (Oakwood) affecting Anderson, Leon and Freestone Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Trinity River at Trinidad. * WHEN...Until Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 37.0 feet, Minor flooding to woodlands and low land areas will occur on the right bank of the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 36.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 33.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:00 PM CDT Monday was 41.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 23.9 feet Saturday evening. - Flood stage is 33.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 36.3 feet on 05/20/2020. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
