* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest and the Panhandle of Texas,
including the following counties, in northwest Texas, Childress,
Cottle, Crosby, Dickens, Floyd, Garza, Kent, King, Motley and
Stonewall. In the Panhandle of Texas, Briscoe and Hall.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.
