In north central New Mexico, East Slopes Sangre de Cristo Mountains and Southern Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Localized heavy rain is expected, with rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches likely. Spotty locations may receive up to 4 inches of rainfall.
