Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms develop this afternoon and evening associated with an upper level low pressure system. These storms will be slow moving and could train over the same locations.
