* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of west central Arkansas, including the following
county, Sebastian and southeast Oklahoma, including the following
counties, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, Pittsburg and Pushmataha.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Another round of storms is moving across southeast Oklahoma,
which was hit hard by heavy rains yesterday evening. Flash
flooding remains a threat.
