* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northern
Maryland, including the following areas, in north central
Maryland, Carroll. In northeast Maryland, Cecil. In northern
Maryland, Northern Baltimore, Northwest Harford and Southeast
Harford.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional showers producing up to an inch of rain falling on
wet ground may result in flooding.
