In southern New Jersey, Camden, Gloucester, Northwestern Burlington and Salem. * WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rain is currently moving through tonight. Periods of rainfall with rates of 1-2" per hour are possible.
