Description:
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...The Ruidoso area wildfire burn scar complex in the South
Central Mountains.
* WHEN...From 11 AM MDT this morning through this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms will develop over the Sacramento
Mountains just before noon and persist through mid afternoon.
Rainfall totals of 0.25 to 0.50 inches are likely during the
afternoon, with lower chances of locally heavier amounts up
to 1 inch. Rainfall rates of half inch to an inch per hour
may create rapid rises in streams over and below the burn
scars.

Instruction:
