Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms are expected tonight, most numerous over southern Kansas. Additional heavy rainfall may aggravate ongoing flooding concerns.
