In northeast Oklahoma, Creek, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Tulsa and Washington OK. * WHEN...Through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms are expected to increase in coverage again tonight and move south and southeast across the watch area.
