For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 possible. * WHERE...San Agustin Plains and Adjacent Lowlands. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from noon to 7 PM MDT Monday. For the Freeze Watch, from late Monday night through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
