* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 152. * TIMING...From 10 AM this morning to 8 PM MST this evening. * WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. The strongest winds will be across southern Cochise county along the International Border. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...13 to 17 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop or are ongoing will have the potential to spread rapidly.
