At 455 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near West Odessa, or
7 miles west of Odessa, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Odessa, Midland International Air and Space Port, West Odessa,
Warfield, and Odessa Schlemeyer Field.
This includes Interstate 20 between mile markers 126 and 129.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for western Texas.
