Description:
At 202 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 18 miles southeast of Odessa to 7 miles southeast of
Crane, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Tennis ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Crane, King Mountain, Midkiff, Pleasant Farms, and Crane County
Airport.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for western Texas.
